Connecting Mississippians to Resources & Opportunities

I created Mississippi Thriving (MST) to showcase all of the wonderful resources, opportunities, and events Mississippi has to offer. Because of the negative publicity our state constantly receives, it is so easy for Mississippians to become discouraged and lose hope in our state as well as lose hope in having a prosperous future. I believe this narrative can be changed; however, it is going to take Mississippians banding together to create the change we seek. Mississippi Thriving’s goal is to facilitate change by sharing information and opportunities that educate, inspire and create healthier communities. As a native Mississippian, I am proud of the progress we are making. To an outsider looking in, you may not see it, but it is happening. Believe me, Mississippi is thriving.
